Dr. Turner graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Physics and later earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life College. He has always had a drive to further his knowledge in science and quantum physics and has specialized his research in the field of Neurology. He is a graduate of the American Institute for Functional Neurology. He served as a professor at Life College where he developed his passion for teaching both physicians and clients. He continues his work with clients in his successful practice in Roswell, GA (Pinnacle Health Services) which has been in business for over 30 years. He has acquired expertise regarding the nervous system and how it connects and controls the mind and body. He developed a method to reset neurological pathways to help relieve both emotional and physical pain called Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy (QNRT® ). Dr. Turner is also renown for his pain protocol and Quantum Shift Technique, (QST ®) and his brain training methods.
He is the president and founder of the Professional Association for Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy®.
He now teaches his methods to others offering training and certification to physicians and health care professionals around the country and internationally. Dr. Turner is also a public speaker and speaks at corporate events and other venues on topics of wellness, brain health and Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy®.
He has always been active and maintained a healthy lifestyle. Fitness has been a part of his life as he was a competitive swimmer, rower and triathlete for many years. He resides in North, GA with his wife Theresa. He is a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

The History of QNRT®
I started my first clinic in Roswell, in 1986, which I quickly outgrew and moved to my current location. It was an exciting time and God had given me a vision for this business that I have held deep in my heart all these years.
About 16 years ago, I was in a serious car accident. I was hit by a drunk driver at a speed of 60 miles an hour right in front of my office building as I was leaving work one evening. I suffered a broken back that required emergency surgery. This also resulted in a long term systemic infection and chronic unbearable pain. I was devastated. There was no way I could heal myself. I was out of the office for nearly a year. Then,
as life would have it, the very next year I suffered another crippling injury to my Achilles tendon. This injury was more crippling than the previous one. Again, I found myself in the emergency room having surgery. Unfortunately, that surgery brought such a serious infection that I had to go against everything I believed in including taking massive doses of long term IV antibiotics and pain pills. I couldn’t understand what all of this could mean. The pain was unbearable and it took me another year to get back on my feet and even then I still suffered from constant pain.
I have to admit that there were many days that I couldn’t find God in all the pain. But as faithful as he is, he began to guide and direct my recovery. I had to research and discover things I had never considered before in my professional career as a chiropractor. It is through God’s divine guidance and searching for my personal recovery that I was lead to develop QNRT®, the protocol you will be experiencing as you begin your own healing and/or educational journey with us.
I understand that at times you may not fully understand everything you are experiencing with QNRT​®. As professional practitioners, we promise that we will do our best to guide, support and educate you along the way.
